Step 1

Before submitting a ticket, we ask that you record your screen speaking as you record, detailing the issue that is occurring as it happens in the video. Recording your screen and simply speaking over the issue happening in real time will give our developers the very best information they can possibly have. There are quite a few different mobile apps for both Android & iOS that are completely free to download and utilize, although we recommend one app in particular called Loom.

If it is not possible to record your screen while detailing the issue at hand, or you are not capable of downloading these mobile apps for some reason - it is okay to simply type out your technical issue or bug and attach links to images (which you can host on google drive, or any number of any other free image hosting services). Either video or images are typically required to fix the issue.

Step 2

In the top right corner of the MyMeta Resolution Center you will find a button that says "Submit Ticket". Click this button and send the link to your Loom (or other video service) recording, add any additional details or links to where screenshot images of the issue are being hosted, making sure to add the email in which you'd like to receive responses from our team, complete the captcha and click "Submit Request".

Step 3

From here, just sit back and wait! One of our developers will reach out with additional information or questions, and they will essentially speak with you personally until the issue is fixed and you are happy. Thank you for reporting the technical issues you were experiencing and we are here if you ever need any further assistance!
