When it comes to submitting tickets

Record your screen

There are quite a few mobile Android & iOS apps when it comes to recording your screen and submitting tickets on technical errors and bugs. They are free, they will save you time, and they allow you to completely eliminate typing out the issue at hand, as you are able to speak over the recording as you film.

We recommend selecting one that populates a link instead of a download, so you don't waste space on your phone & so you can very easily paste the link into the ticket for our team to watch. You can even choose to get an email every time someone watches it in some platforms.

We recommend using Loom, as it has literally every one of these features and it's entirely free on all platforms. Use this link to download and use Loom: www.loom.com

Please be patient

Keep in mind when submitting your tickets, you are literally speaking to the same developers that are building the MyMetaverse every day. These are not service reps, these are not entry level employees, these team members have decades of experience in developing some of the most cutting edge Unity game and blockchain technology in existence. Some of these developers have worked on billions of dollars in project value, please treat them as such and you may just find they are more excited to help!

Keep an eye on your email

Once you submit your ticket using the Resolution Center, make sure to check your email regularly for questions or updates form the developers. They will respond directly to the email you provided in first reporting the issue, and they will most certainly keep communications open until the issue has been fixed!

Every time you respond to them via email, the ticket automatically reopens and your issue is moved to the top of the ticketing queue - so just remember to be patient and rest assured as they are already working on fixing your issue if you've recently emailed them back!
